Made in Toronto from scratch with love, a lot of smoke & a few tears. These limited-edition, chef-crafted sauces are created monthly in small batches. Each month features over 200lbs of the finest jalapeños, habaneros & scotch bonnets. As the sunshine returned to Toronto and temperatures started to rise springtime inspired creativity and experimentation, throwing away rules and conventions, and dreaming big.
