I've tried lots of hot pepper sauces, from the American South, Latin America, Caribbean, South Asian, East Asian. Every spice level from tabasco up to Carolina reaper sauces. This one is in my top 3 favourite hot sauces, might even be #1 but it's tough to call. It's got enough heat to cut through my tolerance, but isn't a killer for those with lower tolerances. It has a deep, layered, smoky flavour that goes great on fried and BBQ'd foods, but also pairs well with lighter, fragrant dishes. Definitely try this with anything you were planning on putting lime juice on, my go to is al pastor burritos.

Here’s a recipe for Smoke and Tears fans using “Smokescream” hot sauce, a personal favorite. If you like the “all dressed “ flavor similar to the potato chips varieties, then try this.
Mix 1tsp (more or less) of Smokescream hot sauce with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then enjoy as a dip, sauce, or any other way you can think of! Taste is almost identical to the all dressed flavor on other treats. Try it!

If you like spicy you must try!!! If not, a few drops into a sour cream or mayo for a BOMB dipping sauce! So impressed with all the sauces honestly and the bottles are just ART.

This is the second best hot sauce I've ever had just behind the smoke and mirrors (also by smoke and tears).
It's like an all day IPA. Not in a hoppy sense, but in an intense but chuggable kind of way.....I may have chugged some hot sauce.
