What a wonderful sauce! I've never had a sauce like this before. I found myself getting so many ideas for what to do with this sauce when I first tasted it. Amazing as a marinade (chicken, tofu, etc.). Also great as a coating for wings (chicken or cauliflower). I think it pairs well with all kinds of food, but more in particular with East Asian dishes. Think stir fry, noodle salad bowls, or chow mein. I'm sure I am yet to discover many other uses as well. Definitely the most unique sauce in The 6ix!

Ordered the 6ix collection and have fallen in love with the Apiary Ablaze - a couple of tsps mixed into quality sour cream is probably the best chip dip ever, but I'm finding new uses for it daily. Apiary Ablaze! It’s great on sandwiches, souvlaki, mixed into mayo for a quick aioli, good on burgers, and also great when mixed into a simple oil dressing. This is my go to for all things lunch. It’s the one that I will order regularly.
