What a wonderful sauce! I've never had a sauce like this before. I found myself getting so many ideas for what to do with this sauce when I first tasted it. Amazing as a marinade (chicken, tofu, etc.). Also great as a coating for wings (chicken or cauliflower). I think it pairs well with all kinds of food, but more in particular with East Asian dishes. Think stir fry, noodle salad bowls, or chow mein. I'm sure I am yet to discover many other uses as well. Definitely the most unique sauce in The 6ix! Apiary Ablaze is a sweet heat treat!

Ordered the 6ix collection and have fallen in love with the Apiary Ablaze - a couple of tsps mixed into quality sour cream is probably the best chip dip ever, but I'm finding new uses for it daily. I love this so much that I pinched both bottles from the other two 6ix packs I bought as gifts for family. Does that make me a bad person? Given how much I love this sauce Ireally don't care...

These greens are dressed with Apiary Blaze shaken with olive oil. Served alongside parsley herbed scrambled eggs topped with tomatoes marinated with Smoke & Tears smoked agony. A fabulous day starter!!

Apiary Ablaze! It’s great on sandwiches, souvlaki, mixed into mayo for a quick aioli, good on burgers, and also great when mixed into a simple oil dressing. This is my go to for all things lunch. It’s the one that I will order regularly.
