Shipping 

Online orders are packed & shipped within 48 hours of the following business day. Delays may occur due to certain postage/shipping conditions that are out of our control. 

Local Pickup
Contactless, Local Pickup in Toronto is available. This can be scheduled upon completion of your order. Local pickup orders will be prepped and ready for you within 48 hours. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your local pickup order.

Returns 

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition they were received in, in the original packaging, with the tamper-proof seal unaltered. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
