Tofu or Chicken Stir Fry

Tofu or Chicken Stir Fry


1 350g Tofu (or equivalent in your choice of protein) diced

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

3 Scallions rough chopped

1 Red bell pepper sliced

1 Stalk of celery sliced 

1 Cup of broccoli florets

1 Cup carrots sliced

1 Cup Basmati Rice 

1 Cup Smoke & Tears, M.C RIX Szechuan sauce

Heat up a large non stick pan or wok and add the oil.  Start to sauté the tofu or chicken first for a couple minutes and then the broccoli and carrots. In the Meantime begin cooking your rice. Add the bell pepper, celery and scallions.  Once the carrots are softened add the Szechuan sauce and bring to a simmer for 30 seconds.  Serve with rice.

Chili strings/flakes or sliced finger chillies 

Toasted cashews crumbled 

Cilantro & green onion
