Smoke & Tears Tuna Ceviche
Ingredients:1 Lb Fresh Albacore tuna diced
½ Small red onion cut in small dice
1 Tbsp Smoke & Tears, Green Godless sauce
Diamond Kosher salt to taste
1 Lime, juice & zest
¼ Cup Extra virgin olive oil
¼ Cup Chopped cilantro
Garnish: Radishes shaved, black sesame, jalapeno, avocado
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and let it rest briefly. Serve atop tostadas, tortillas or lettuce.
