Smoke & Tears Street Corn
6 Ears of corn boiled in salted water or grilled
¾ Cup Smoke & Tears Verde Sour Cream
¼ Tsp ground cumin
½ Cup Queso Fresco or Feta
2 Green Onions sliced
Mix together the cumin, sour cream and Smoke & Tears sauce. Coat the corn with the mixture and top with crumbed cheese, green onions and more hot sauce!
