This SMOKE & TEARS Steak Tartare ft. APIARY ABLAZE 🐝 Smoked Honey Mustard Sting Hot Sauce is an elegant, restaurant-worthy tartare — whether made with raw beef filet or roasted beets — elevated with the sweet, smoky sting of Apiary Ablaze and a touch of Smoke & Mirrors for a sophisticated finish.

Ingredients:
6 oz Raw beef filet or cooked red beets diced small
1 Tbsp capers rinsed & chopped
1 Tbsp Italian parsley chopped
1 egg yolk (optional)
2 Tbsp Olive oil (add 1 Tsp more if no egg)
¼ Cup Shallot minced
1 Tbsp SMOKE & TEARS, Apiary Ablaze sauce
1 Tbsp SMOKE & TEARS, Smoke & Mirrors sauce
Diamond Kosher salt to taste

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and let it rest briefly. Serve atop crostini, chips or lettuce.
