These SMOKE & TEARS Fiesta Black Beans ft. THE SPICE 🔮 Sight-Seeker Hot Sauce are a rich, deeply flavoured side dish braised low and slow with The Spice sauce for a bold, smoky heat that pairs perfectly with any Mexican spread.
Ingredients:
1 Medium onion diced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Red bell pepper diced
4 Cups Rehydrated black beans
2 Cups Broth (your choice)
1 Cup SMOKE & TEARS, The Spice sauce
1 Tsp Diamond Kosher salt
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients to a low simmer and braise until the beans are completely soft.
