Smoke & Tears Ethiopian Lentil Curry
1 Large onion minced
2 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Cups dry red lentils rinsed
1 Cup Smoke & Tears, The Spice sauce
4 + Cups Broth or water (choice of broth)
Diamond Kosher salt to taste
In a medium pot fry the onions with the oil with the lid on stirring occasionally for 4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low until the lentils soften and thicken.
