Smoke & Tears Chili

1 Large onion diced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Green pepper diced
6 Cups rehydrated beans (black, navy, kidney, chickpea)
3 Hot peppers diced
3L Diced tomato can
1 Tbsp Ground cumin
¼ Cup Paprika
2 Stalks of celery diced
¼ Cup Smoke & Tears, Green Godless sauce
½ Cup Smoke & Tears The Spice
Kosher salt to taste

Warm up the oil in a large pot. Fry the onions, peppers and celery until fragrant. Add the cumin and fry for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the legumes have softened.
