Smoke & Tears Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 Head cauliflower cut in large chunks
¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Diamond Kosher salt
¾ Cup Smoke & Tears, Smokescream sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a cast iron pan. Mix the yogurt and spices together in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower in the mixture until coated and remove it from any excess. Lay them out on the sheet evenly and bake until crispy. Toss with Smoke & Tears sauce and eat!
