Smoke & Tears BBQ Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 Lb Regular ground beef
1 Tsp Diamond Kosher salt
1 Tbsp Italian Parsley chopped
1 Small onion minced
1 Cup Smoke & Tears, Bad Blood BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the sauce. Roll into 1 inch balls and roast on a parchment lined pan or a cast iron skillet until cooked. Add the meatballs to a saucepan and coat them with Smoke & Tears sauce. Simmer or bake until the meatballs cling well to the sauce.
