Ingredients:
3 Lbs Pork or Beef ribs
1 Cup Smoke & Tears, Apiary Ablaze sauce
Instructions:
Marinate for 24 hours. Braise or slow roast the ribs coated in sauce until fork tender. Finish on the grill or broil while basting with Smoke & Tears sauce.
