Crispy Szechuan Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 Head cauliflower cut in large chunks
1Tbsp Cornstarch
1Tsp Garlic powder
1Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Diamond Kosher salt
1 Cup Smoke & Tears M.C RIX Szechuan sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a cast iron pan. Mix the cornstarch and spices together in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower in the mixture until coated and remove it from any excess. Lay them out on the sheet evenly and bake until crispy. Toss with M.C RIX Szechuan sauce and eat!
Garnishes :
Black sesame seeds
Chili strings / flakes or sliced chillies
Toasted cashews crumbled
Cilantro & green onion
