This SMOKE & TEARS Crispy Szechuan Cauliflower ft. M.C RIX Szechuan Sauce is a crispy, oven-baked cauliflower coated in a spiced cornstarch crust and tossed in the bold, numbing heat of SMOKE & TEARS M.C RIX Szechuan sauce — a plant-based showstopper with serious flavour.

Ingredients:
1 Head cauliflower cut in large chunks
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Diamond Kosher salt
1 Cup SMOKE & TEARS M.C RIX Szechuan sauce

Garnishes:
Black sesame seeds
Chili strings/flakes or sliced chillies
Toasted cashews crumbled
Cilantro & green onion

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a cast iron pan. Mix the cornstarch and spices together in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower in the mixture until coated and remove it from any excess. Lay them out on the sheet evenly and bake until crispy. Toss with M.C RIX Szechuan sauce and eat!
